Five former Bearcat and Ladycat soccer greats have been nominated for inclusion on the UIL All-Century Soccer Teams!

As a part of its Centennial Celebration, the UIL is recognizing some of the best athletes ever to play high school athletics in Texas.  Voting is now open for the boys and girls UIL All-Century Soccer Teams, and Aledo fans can vote online for the following AHS soccer alumni:

Girls All-Century Soccer Team:

• Forward:  Taylor Zak
• Midfielder:  Kirby Zak
• Defender:  Brooke Hubbard

 

Boys All-Century Soccer Team:

• Midfielders:  Jay Shaffer and Jarod Tracy
• Defender:  Cody Hale

It's time to join the Aledo Athletic Booster Club for this school year!  We need your support to help our student athletes.  Go to the Join Now page and find out how to join your Booster Club.

Last year, the Booster Club donated more than $120,000 to our high school athletes and programs and nearly $11,000 to our middle school athletes and programs.  This money provided such diverse items as basketball uniforms and a rebounding machine, mats for the cheer teams, sweat suits for the track and cross country teams, tournament fees for several sports, and scholarships for graduating senior athletes.  We need you to help us continue to support our athletes.
