Secretary’s Report: Cindy Seliga submitted for approval the minutes from the November 16th meeting as posted on the website. Approval of minutes as posted passed on unanimous vote.

Treasurer’s Report was approved as presented and passed on unanimous vote. 

President’s Report:  Aledo is hosting a 3A playoff game at 6pm on Friday November 27th.  Swim team and softball will be operating the concession stands on behalf of the Booster Club.  Rob also discussed the upcoming “Meet the Bearcats” night for basketball on December 2. 

VP Team Relations Report:  Locker room decorations are Tuesday 7pm.  A spirit send off for the football team will occur on Saturday morning.   

Athletic Director’s Report:  Coach Buchanan presented film highlights from the Bearcat Stephenville game at Cowboy Stadium. 

Committee Reports:

• Membership – Currently there are 166 memberships.  Membership breakdown is 97 AHS, 39 AMS and 30 at both AHS/AMS.
• Program – None.   
• Merchandise – Merchandise sold over 600 special Cowboy stadium playoff shirts.   
• Middle School – No report.

Old Business:  None.  

New Business:  None.   

Team Reports – AMS:

• Basketball Girls –7th grade girl’s A, B and C teams defeated Cleburne Smith.
• Basketball Boys – No report

Team Reports – AHS:

• Basketball (Girls) – Defeated Lake Dallas 59-42.
• Basketball (Boys) – No report.
• Football –Bearcats advance in the playoffs playing Saturday in Midland against Hereford. 
• Cheer –  No report.
• Golf - None.  
• Tennis – The Aledo JV tournament was a great success. Both the boys 1st and the girls had 1st place winners.  The last JV game was November 23 and JV won 15-4.
• Swim – Swimcats next meet will be a tri-meet in Cleburne on December 3.
• Volleyball – Volleyball is preparing for this seasons banquet.

The next meeting date will be Monday, November 30, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in the Distance Learning Center.
