Secretary’s Report - Cindy Seliga submitted and motioned for approval of the minutes from the November 11th meeting as presented in writing at the November 17th Booster Club Meeting. Minutes will be posted to the website. Jen Boland 2nd. Motion passed.
Treasurer’s Report - The Booster Club's 990 tax form has been completed and was mailed November 14th prior to the extension deadline. Thank you to Hartman, Leito and Bolt, LLP for the preparation. November 1st to date deposits are $14,954.07, and checks written November 1st to date are $6,179.82.
President’s Report -
- President - No report.
- VP of Fundraising - No report.
- VP of Communications - No report.
- VP of Team Relations - Post game meal donations are being accepted. Drop off location is Railhead.
Athletic Director’s Report - No report.
Committee Reports:
- Membership - Membership is now at 161.
- Program - Fall programs are still available.
- Concessions - The class of 2011 will be providing support for the playoff game played Saturday the 22nd of November at Bearcat Stadium. The concession check for the month of October has been received.
- Merchandise - Playoff shirts are on sale.

Team Reports -
- Basketball - Boys lost the scrimmage against South Lake Carroll and won the scrimmage with the Rockwall Heat. First game of the season is Tuesday the 18th at home.
- Cheer - Competed November 15th at the Fort Worth Convention Center and won first place in their division, as well as High Point Championship for all school and recreation teams. Included in the teams that were beaten was Boswell High School, a level four school and 2008 National Champs!
- Cross Country - Ken Wallace placed 23rd out of 102 at State.
- Golf - No report.
- Tennis - JV participated in the All Day Tournament at Keller Central accomplishing a 5th overall with 1st, 2nd, 4th and 5th placements. JV will host their annual All Day Tournament on Thursday the 20th.
- Volleyball - Volleyball completed a great season.
- Swim - No report
- Football - Varsity beat Lake Dallas in the first playoff game 31-14. Bearcats will play Friday at Pennington Field against Everman. Tickets are available presale and Bearcats will be Home.
The next meeting date will be November 24th, 2008 at 7pm in the Distance Learning Center.
