Officer/Committee Chair Meeting

• Denise Bell will now be the softball representative.  She will communicate with the Booster Club on needs, scores, schedules, etc.
• Varsity baseball tournament - If it doesn't rain, it looks like the varsity tournament will be held here on the new field this week (Thursday-Saturday).  If we do hold the tournament here, however, the scheduled varsity game for next Monday will be held away instead of here (so the field can be worked on).
• Baseball concessions - Because of the complicated game schedule this season, the baseball teams will have to work the concession stand at their own games.  Two workers must be scheduled for each game.  At least one worker must be an adult.  Any student workers must be at least 12 years old.
• Membership - We now have 196 members.
• Spring Program - The cover picture of the seniors will be taken on February 27 at 4:45 p.m.
• The Booster Club still need team reps for boys track and golf.
• The new website (www.bearcatboosters.com) went online Sunday, February 18.  Send any website comments or requests to Gretchen.  Also email Gretchen if you want any announcements put on the website.
• We will wait to order additional merchandise until Craig finishes some financial reports for Coach Buchanan.
• Booster Club representatives will be taking pre-orders at the tournaments this week for baseball shirts ($15) and jackets ($45 and $50).
• For all future expenditures, a Requisition form must be filled out and approved before the purchase is made.  This form will then be filed to ensure that we know of upcoming invoices.  (This does not apply when teams request funds.)
• When a team is requesting funds from the Booster Club, they must now fill out a Request for Funds form.  This form will be turned in to Coach Buchanan.  If he approves the request, it will then be sent to the Booster Club.
